It is the most recognized profile company in the Balkans, and their vision is to become leaders in the region, having developed their own product, in addition to the well-known products sold.For this role, your profile should be:

Person with decision-making capacity, oriented towards results;

Strong sales, negotiation and problem solving skills;

University degree;

Experience in sales (FMCG sector) at least 3 years;

Fluency in English, both written and conversational;

Driving license category B;

Availability for field work.

This role involves:

Prospecting the market and identifying new existing sales opportunities;

Establishing meetings with clients and presenting the company's products;

Negotiation and conclusion of contracts;

Analysis of monthly sales flow and sales planning based on active customers;

Preparation of sales reports;

Monitoring the competition's activity: the marketing strategies used, the implementation of new products.
