- Deliver clear, confident, and accurate game explanations in line with established procedures and standards.
- Maintain a high level of camera presence, demonstrating coordination, agility, and composure at all times.
- Create an enjoyable and immersive player experience that encourages repeat engagement.
- Continuously refine presentation and hosting skills to enhance audience interaction and entertainment value.
- Work effectively with colleagues and management in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English (B1/2level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Legal eligibility to live and work in the country of employment.
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) across a rotating three-shift schedule.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to perform confidently on camera.
- Positive attitude, self-discipline, and adaptability in a team-oriented setting.
- Willingness to learn and master the role through comprehensive training.
