- Initiate and handle outbound/inbound calls with prospects who contacted us, to qualify leads.
- Assess prospects' needs, budget, and purchase intent.
- Promote products/services and provide accurate information.
- Schedule appointments and test drives for sales teams.
- Maintain CRM records with lead details and interactions.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Experience: 1+ year in tele-sales, call center, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong active listening and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM practices- nice to have
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
