- Minimum 3 years of experience in in controlling, market planning, technical field or similar functions.
- Business management know-how in sales or controlling;
- Basic technical understanding (trainings will be provided for product know-how);
- Microsoft Office know-how, advanced Excel skills;
- Experience in collaborating with stakeholders from sales area.
- Technical affinity, ability to see the topic through customer team or OEM point of view;
- Advanced analytical skills (data analysis & interpretation on complex data, ability to draw conclusions and propose solutions);
- High persuasive abilities, communication skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Quality and result oriented: assumes ownership for assigned tasks;

- Supports the coordination of product life cycle management and engineering change management activities
- Coordinates the engineering change request in planning phase and provides feedback regarding defined criteria
- Participates in ECR review meetings, raise questions, takes decisions and sign ECRs
- Negotiates sales timing plan together with the stakeholders
- Analyses and ensures data quality by performing plausibility checks
- Tracks sales timing plan and intervene if timing plan is delayed
- Process optimization for the responsible activities and tools
- Setup, evaluation and specification of new business requirements
- Regular exchange with the Stakeholders within the same process
- Representing the division in front of the Bosch Mobility Central department and in front of other Divisions
- Coaches customer team contacts about process or tool
