Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling or accounting
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Fluent in English (professional level)

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Tableau, and Analysis for Office is a strong plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
Business acumen and understanding of sales processes
Proactive, collaborative, and self-motivated

What You Will Be Doing:

Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
Lead forecasting and budgeting processes for assigned sales teams or regions
Act as a key business partner to sales leaders, providing financial guidance and challenging assumptions
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on KPIs, customer profitability, and margin analysis
Drive process improvements and participate in finance-related projects
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies, including month-end accruals
