- University degree (or equal) in Economic studies, IFRS knowledge, accounting expert, member of CECCAR.
- Professional work experience in the finance-accounting field for an international production company - 5 years, at least.
- Basics in Controlling, 2+ years of team coordination
- Excellent knowledge of the Fiscal and Financial Romanian Legislation
- Strong MS Office skills, advanced English (written/spoken English language - advanced level (written and spoken)
- SAP knowledge - Finance module at least
- Easily adapts to any situation, is analytical and very good organizer.
- Open minded with flexible thinking and good communication
- Overseeing accounting, finance, and fiscal activities per IFRS and local regulations, managing operational tasks in the Accounting Department.
- Ensuring accurate monthly reporting under IFRS and RAS, including half year and yearly financial statements
- Leading a team of 4, responsible for all aspects of accounting, managerial accounting, and Treasury
- Ensuring timely calculation, registration, and payment of taxes for Swiss Caps Romania, correcting application of accounting and fiscal laws.
- Representing the company with Tax Authorities, auditors, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
- Active participation in finance projects and serving as Deputy Head of Finance.
