Business Development Manager | Power Plants & Renewables

• The candidate will execute business development initiatives aligned with the company's strategies and business plan.
• Conducting market research and analyzing potential collaboration opportunities with projects and other companies in Romania will be a key responsibility.
• A deep understanding of the company's core businesses and requirements is essential for devising business development plans.
• Preparation of reports and meeting minutes, for both internal and external reporting needs, will be part of the candidate's duties.
• Availability for business travel is expected from the candidate.
• The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work across multiple work streams when necessary.
• Maintaining well-organized records in both hardcopy and softcopy formats will be a requirement for the role.

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• A minimum of 7 years of work experience in the Romanian construction market
• A keen interest in working for a leading international contractor
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
• High proficiency in English
