Manpower Group Romania is looking for a Jr. Product Manager for one of its client - an international FMCG brand, renowned for its quality products and industry innovations, headquartered in Curtea de Argeș. Responsibilities Defining the strategy and positioning for the assigned assortments, developing the related marketing plans in line with company objectives Monitoring and maintaining the existing assortment with the goal of maximizing consumer satisfaction and ensuring sustainable business growth Identifying product development opportunities, with a particular focus on developing new concepts based on market insights and consumer needs analysis Defining strategic priorities for marketing campaigns and coordinating with internal teams and agencies for their implementation Constantly monitoring market performance (sell-in, sell-out, consumer KPIs) and collaborating with commercial teams to maximize results Interpreting sales data and market research to support strategic decisions Coordinating with the International Marketing team to ensure synergies and strategic coherence across various markets Planning and monitoring the assigned marketing budget, ensuring efficiency and return on investment Skills and educational requirements Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field. Experience in project management. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Self-directing and agile, with the ability to quickly pivot strategies, as needed. Passionate, creative thinker with exceptional analytical skills. Team player with good collaboration and communication skills.
