- We are looking for a Senior Field Sales Executive / Business Developer with experience in the Ground & Rail division
- Location: Bucharest
- Scout and assess the market to identify potential targets and new business opportunities
- Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio while actively acquiring new accounts
- Execute a structured commercial approach - plan and conduct client visits, handle calls and negotiations, build presentations, prepare quotations, and manage RFQ processes
- Draft and review commercial contracts, ensuring their accuracy and validity
- Drive logistics revenue growth in line with defined targets across all business segments
- Monitor competitor activity and analyse how it affects the client base
- Apply a consultative, cross-selling approach - presenting the full suite of logistics products and services, and engaging specialist resources when needed
- Degree in Economics, Marketing, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field (high school diploma considered with strong relevant experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international freight, transportation, or logistics
- At least 3 years in a sales role, with a demonstrated track record of winning new business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Comfortable with MS Office and CRM / sales automation tools
