Become part of our team and help build an organization that is working on the latest trends in Agri and Food Solutions - you probably have heard about our local brands of oil, Floriol and Unisol?We are growing and looking for a passionate, bold, and driven E-Commerce & Trade Marketing Manager for Romania & Bulgaria to join our team from Bucharest.Read the vacancy below and learn more about it!What will you be doing as an E-Commerce & Trade Marketing Manager for Romania & Bulgaria.The core focus of this role is to have full responsibility for modern, traditional and E-commerce trade channels clients for Bunge products portfolio (own branded, private label and cooking oils), creating domestic sales strategy and managing sales activities while bridging Marketing and Sales functions.This should be completed through the following activities:Responsibilities:This will be done through the following:
  • Cooperating closely with the Sales, Marketing and Key Accounts representatives for promotional activities other business operations based on company strategy;
  • Reporting and evaluating business through promotional results (RetailZoom data, Focus promo);
  • Leading the implementation of different events for key partners and other ongoing projects;
  • Engage in the development of company visibility through the creation and improvement of advertising materials within brand guidelines
  • Develop and offer support for display solutions and evaluate secondary placements for customers;
  • Support and track the business plan and impact along the whole year while making sure all operations are running as intended, taking corrective actions when needed;
  • Handling the yearly budgets with a monthly review together with Controlling, Sales and Marketing department;
  • Managing the merchandising contract services, payments and time allocation per customers while keeping all connecting teams up to date.
What you can bring to the role:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG company, preferably international;
  • Experience with managing sales in modern & traditional trade channels in Romania- international key accounts will be considered an advantage;
  • Experience within basic foods industry (such as sugar, dairy, bread);
  • Professional proficiency in English language;
  • Proven sales ability with strong negotiation skills;
  • Agile and open-minded approach to future prospects and market conditions;
  • Ability to work with various types of people and adjust to different requirements;
  • Strong customer service tactic and drive towards improved results;
  • Availability to travel regularly in Romania and occasionally in Bulgaria.
