You’ll report to Alexandra Muresan (Procure to Pay Operations Lead, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside smart and experienced teammates.You'll discover a complex business with different processes and activities, where you can continuously learn, develop yourself and create value add to our deliverables and tasks. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (local accounting, and various finance and business functions), contributing to payments process and reporting the accounting elements and much more.You’ll specifically take care of preparing the payments, reconcile GL accounts, but also deliver accounting reports to our business partners.We’ll look to you for:

Exercise business partnership by supporting decision making through adding value to the business by proactive delivery of information and knowledge;
Solves exceptions and medium complexity cases;
Processes normal and exceptional payments;
Prepares accounts reconciliations;
Processes and follow-up rejected payments;
Prepares and communicates KPI reports towards business partners.

Degree in Accounting or Economic field;
Experience in an Accounts Payable or Cash Management department and understanding of the payments and reporting activities;
Knowledge of Excel;
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP tools;
Good English skills in writing, speaking and listening.
