And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.Could that be you?Your missionAs an Agentic Developer Intern, you will join UiPath's Professional Services team, partnering directly with enterprise customers to design, implement, and scale intelligent agentic solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.In this hands-on, technical role, you will collaborate with experienced Agentic Developers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects to build real-world AI-powered agent systems and automation solutions.You will gain exposure to customer-facing engagements while developing foundational skills in agentic AI development, enterprise software engineering, and intelligent automation delivery. This internship sits within the development group, where you will contribute directly to building scalable, production-ready agentic solutions under the mentorship of senior team members.Start date: July 2006This is a hybrid 3-month position from the Bucharest office.What you'll do at UiPathSupport the delivery of agentic AI solutions to drive customer adoption and expansion of UiPath's intelligent automation productsPartner with senior Agentic Developers on client-facing projectsAssist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying agentic workflows and AI-powered automation solutionsBuild reusable agentic components following best practices in code quality, architecture, and maintainabilityAnalyze business processes (with guidance) to identify opportunities for agentic automation and intelligent decision-makingSupport enhancements and change requests for existing solutionsParticipate in testing activities, including documenting test cases and supporting pre-UAT phasesTroubleshoot issues in processes with mentorship from experienced developersCollaborate cross-functionally to understand the full agentic automation lifecycle from requirements through deploymentWhat you'll bring to the teamCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI/Machine Learning, or a related technical fieldFoundational knowledge of object-oriented programming (Java or C# strongly preferred)Basic understanding of software development principles and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, agentic frameworks, or LLM-based applications (a strong plus)Familiarity with scripting languages (Python strongly preferred, particularly for AI or data-focused work)Basic knowledge of databases and query languages (e.g., SQL)Previous internship or project experience in software development, AI/ML projects, or a technical environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business problems into logical, agent-driven tasksInterest in hands-on development and building real-world intelligent automation and agentic solutionsStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfort working in a customer-facing or client-facing environmentAbility to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, project-driven team settingStrong organizational skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environmentExposure to agentic AI, autonomous systems, RPA, and AI concepts preferredFamiliarity with UiPath, agentic frameworks or other intelligent automation platforms is a plus, but not requiredMaybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
