As an RPA Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to streamline our business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Develop and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath, focusing on process automation and optimization
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation
Design, develop, and test RPA workflows and scripts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of RPA solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes and bots
Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and best practices
Provide technical guidance and support to team members on RPA development
Document RPA processes, workflows, and technical specifications
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2+ years of experience in RPA development, with a strong focus on UiPath
Proficiency in UiPath RPA platform and related tools
Solid programming skills in languages such as C# and VB.NET
Experience with SQL and database management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Experience in process analysis, optimization, and workflow design
UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath RPA Developer Advanced) preferred
Understanding of business processes across various industries
Knowledge of best practices in RPA implementation
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
