Job Description:TDI Private Bank Germany - Service Operations is responsible for the stability of business applications used in the back office, in branches, in mobile sales or over the Internet. The Service Operations area provides 2nd level application support and uses the ITIL processes and monitoring tools to ensure the required stability of the applications. In-depth knowledge of IT technologies, the applications and the understanding of the business processes supported by the applications are our most important assets.In the Service Operations - Home Loan Savings team, which is responsible for the stable and secure operation of home loan savings applications, you can expect a diverse portfolio in a professional team.The Production Specialist acts as an IT specialist who carries out various tasks related to the IT services within the service operations organization of the service management environment. He provides his expertise and supports the respective service teams to ensure that the Service Operations area provides effective IT services.Responsibilities:- You support home loan savings applications and IT systems and support measures to realign them in Deutsche Bank data centers and cloud service providers- You support IT service operations, e.g. in troubleshooting and solving faults and issues and work with other IT service specialists and relevant departments to solve problems effectively and quickly- You are in constant communication with colleagues and work together to optimize service operations processes to create sustainable and secure IT operations- You contribute to the functional expansion of IT monitoring by designing and implementing various improvement measures and ensuring that defined performance indicators are monitored and adhered to- You pursue the tasks and goals of service operations as part of the business continuity management processesRequirements:- Completed university degree in a scientific or technical field with a focus on IT; alternatively, comparable education- Understanding of distributed IT systems and the IT operation of complex application and infrastructure environments- Experience with various IT technologies, such as Windows, RHEL, VMware, IBM Mainframe, DB2/Oracle/MS SQL databases, middleware, SAP as well as job scheduler and automation tools (preferably Automic UC4)- Familiar with ITIL processes and the application of IT operational process-relevant tools (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA, ALM)- Open-minded, empathetic and strong communicator personality who knows how to convince others, set priorities and effectively pass on knowledge combined with a high customer and service orientation towards internal and external contacts- Very good language skills in spoken and written German (C1) and English (C1).You can expect:- 24 days’ holiday + loyalty days + bank holidays (week days offered for bank holidays on weekend days);- Flexible working hours and working from home;- Private healthcare and life insurance;- A culture of continuous learning with coaching and support from experts in your team.Our values define the working environment we strive to create – diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views.
