- Minimum 2 years of B2B experience, ideally within the iGaming industry; e-commerce/finance also considered.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering company & brand partner objectives and key results.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with strong communication and emotional intelligence.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills, sociable nature, confident, outgoing demeanor.
- Collaborative teammate with excellent judgment and the ability to influence internal and external decision-makers with diplomacy.
- Energetic and resilient approach to push projects from lead to live.
- Proactive and takes ownership, driving new initiatives to a conclusion.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of an international team, and effectively prioritize and manage workload.
- Challenge status quo, assess and improve processes and guidelines.
- Willingness to travel across the globe to participate in international events.
- Build and develop relationships with aggregators, eager to persuade C-level partners
- Ensure full coverage of our product and features across assigned partners.
- Proactively develop, maintain, and create new relationships with existing and new partners within assigned partners/markets/regions.
- Ensure our product is available on time & in full across assigned partners
- Acquire direct contacts with operators.
- Establish an effective and solid network among senior partners through regular calls, face-to-face meetings, participation in private events, and office visits.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs and professional events locally and abroad throughout the year, in any continent/country required.
- Implement innovative and out-of-the-box ideas and projects to drive growth.
- Analyze commercial performance and data insights to proactively identify areas for improvement and drive performance.
- Collaborate closely with the AM, Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing teams on tasks and processes to ensure growth and expansion.
- Identify partnership opportunities, convert them into leads and launch projects.
- Provide regular reporting on key metrics and achievements.
