- Cultivate and Manage Client Relationships: establishing and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring adherence to contractual agreements. Proactively addressing client inquiries in a timely manner, fostering collaboration and ensuring service continuity and excellence as outlined in the contractual terms.
- Enhance Client Collaboration: Fostering and improving client relationships by providing prompt, professional, and effective responses to their requests, ensuring continuous satisfaction and trust.
- Expand Client Database: Maintaining and contributing to the growth of the client database by identifying and engaging with current and prospective clients, ensuring a strong foundation for future business opportunities.
- Contract Monitoring and Coordination: Planning, coordinating, and overseeing activities to ensure compliance with commercial contract terms, optimizing efficiency, performance, and safety standards.
- Align with Departmental Objectives: Consistently achieving set objectives in alignment with the department's strategic goals, driving overall business success.
- Data and Contract Management: Monitoring and updating client information and rates within internal systems. Drafting and overseeing the implementation of commercial contract terms, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company objectives.
- Utilize CRM Systems Effectively: Leveraging CRM systems to accurately record and update client and contact information, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Professional Client Interaction: Engaging with clients in a professional manner to address their inquiries, provide relevant information, and enhance their overall experience.
- Organize Client Engagements: Leading client meetings to discuss concerns, address issues, and communicate updates on company processes or procedures, fostering transparency and collaboration.
- Higher education studies in Business Administration or a similar field.
- Approximately 2 years of relevant work experience within a Freight Forwarding company.
- Proficiency in working with CRM software, the MS Office suite, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English as well as Romanian.
- Results-driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
- Customer-centric approach, empathetic listener, adept at asking insightful questions that uncover deeper insights. Clear and precise communication style, and the ability to address individuals or groups at any level with confidence and tact.
- Strong administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Team-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to adapt seamlessly to diverse work environments.
