- Hardware, software, and services enabling the continuous functionality of assets facilitating digital applications across cloud, enterprise, industry, and communication.
- End users and technology service providers, ranging from Fortune 10 global companies to small businesses, across verticals and government entities.
- Channel Partners, ranging from server OEM's to IT & Electrical Distribution and Value Added Resellers.
- General stewardship & support of the product marketing content, quality, and coverage - and the internal/external customer experience in accessing & consuming product marketing messaging.
- Support of the product lifecycle management function in EMEA for the Integrated Rack Solutions product & service portfolio, from market introduction, through general promotion and end-of-life.
- Creation of content communicating the value proposition of IRS products, services, and solutions. This includes specific messaging alignment to targeted end customer segments.
- Active research / voice-of-customer to understand the desired mechanisms and media for content consumption across routes to market, including direct sales and channel partners.
- Ongoing management of product marketing plans, in coordination with Offering Management and EMEA Marketing, with regular communication of those plans to broad internal audiences.
- Programmatic prioritization of a new content/asset development funnel.
- Achievement of positioning as a 'consultative partner' for the Vertiv Sales Team and Channel Partners regarding product marketing content.
- Influence of and coordination with peers and team in different regions globally, to provide the optimal Customer experience globally.
- 2+ years product marketing experience, ideally within a recognized market leader in the IT industry
- Technical / Functional skills: Routine application of MS office products, especially Excel
- Knowledge of IT/Telco/Datacenter Market
- Excellence in Digital Marketing (Inbound/Content)
- Familiarity with sales channels including IT Distribution, Electrical Distribution, Value Added Resellers, System Integrators, and Electrical & Mechanical Contractors is beneficial.
- Familiarity with technology verticals including cloud services, communication / telecom, collocation, and enterprise beneficial.
