- Oversee and monitor the performance of Office 365 services.
- Deliver technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Office 365.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement and sustain Office 365 solutions.
- Identify and execute opportunities for enhancement in Office 365 services.
- Ensure effective deployment and management of Office 365 applications.
- Prepare and present reports on Office 365 service performance to management.
- Provide technical guidance and support for Office 365-related projects.
- Academic degree in computer science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in managing Office 365 services.
- Experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support for Office 365.
- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
- English skills - min. B2.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
