Create and monitor change request/ business requests for local and corporate applications;
Provide support and ensure user acceptance tests for ERP / checkout systems;
Identify and solve the technical or functional errors (incl. by addressing them to service providers);
Create a full suite of requirements, business, technical and non-functional together with all stakeholders;
Ensure Business - IT alignment across projects.

QualificationsYour profile:

Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification;
Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL - PL/SQL;
Experience in supporting ERP applications;
Ability to understand business processes and connect them to IT Systems logic;
Ability to understand and prioritize the needs of the customer;
Ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently;
Proficiency in English;
High interest in continuous learning and development ( new tools, technologies, methodologies);
Ability to create proof of concepts together with the clients;
Self-motivation to achieve consistently high quality results;
Very good analytical skills and open to ideas and new challenges;
