FINANCIAL REPORTING SPECIALIST

• Play an active role in developing the global reporting processes
• Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annually (pre-) consolidated financial statements for the Hella Group (IFRS)
• Support during the monthly closing activities for both companies and group
• To make permanent verification of correct world-wide application of IFRS
• To offer support the group's planning and forecasting process, to analyze deviations, comment meaningfully and straightforward
• Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to achieve, maintain and strengthen global standardization and internal controls within the Group
• To participate in the documentation of the reports and the creation of end-user manuals

• More than 3 years of experience in accounting/controlling or as an auditor in one of the leading audit firms
• Previous consolidation and IFRS knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, an analytical mind with a proactive personality
• Ability to work in a team in a fast-moving environment
• Detail oriented, self-motivated and organized with good understanding of financial and operational processes and controls
• MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
• English fluently, German is recommended
