Clients include OTP, Unicredit, State Street (world's largest custodian bank), and Legal & General, but also many small banks and mid-market logistics companies.MissionAs a Junior Configurator, you'll be part of a cutting-edge team shaping how enterprise-grade digital solutions are designed and delivered. This is your opportunity to grow in a high-performance, product-first environment, working closely with experts and learning from the best - all while making a real impact from day one.What you will do on a daily basis:

Collaborate with the Customer Success team to understand business needs and translate them into working configurations.
Configure digital journeys using the FlowX.AI platform and validate them against business and technical requirements.
Identify gaps, suggest improvements, and actively participate in iteration cycles.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure traceability of your work.
Stay curious and keep learning - tools, techniques, patterns, and platforms.
Be an active voice in the evolution of our product, team culture, and methodologies.

Very likely you can be successful if you have:

Pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
Familiarity with Java/MVEL or Python.
Exposure to HTML, CSS, or Angular.
Any hands-on experience with BPMN platforms (Appian, Camunda, IBM, Pega) is a bonus.
You love solving problems and aren’t afraid to ask questions.
You value collaboration and communicate clearly and proactively.
You're organized, detail-oriented, and care deeply about getting things right.
