- Own the full sales cycle: prospect - pitch - close
- Identify and engage high-potential SMB clients (outbound + inbound leads)
- Present tailored ad solutions (Promoted Pins, Shopping Ads, Video Ads)
- Manage and grow a portfolio of advertising clients
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and performance via Salesforce
- Collaborate with BDR teams to optimize lead quality
- Dutch or German (B2+) + English (B2+)
- Experience in digital advertising sales or B2B account management
- Strong outbound prospecting and closing skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to translate data into compelling business narratives
- Target-driven and commercially focused mindset
- Monthly: €2,200 – €2,600 gross + bonus
- Annual: €26,710 – €31,000 gross (base + up to €4,290 bonus)
