Providing and sharing expert CI knowledge and technical skills to enable the plant team at all levels to identify, implement, and sustain improvements in their daily processes;
Supporting personnel in completing Six Sigma Training and assisting in applying tools and techniques effectively;
Supporting Process Leaders, Engineering Teams, and Shift Leaders to become self-sufficient in leading improvement initiatives;
Ensuring the site has access to best practices, both within and outside the company's business;
Working with the Process Excellence Manager GMW Europe to ensure the CI process remains aligned with Group standards and auditing CI maturity on site according to group requirements;
Establishing, growing, and maintaining a layered auditing process to ensure standards are upheld and continuously improved;
Acting as a role model for KI Values - showing Partnership, Commitment, and Entrepreneurship.CerințeCompleted higher education in technical field;
3+ years previous experience of implementing continuous improvement processes in production facilities (as CI Manager, Quality Leader or Process/ Project Engineer);
Deep knowledge in LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen - Continuous Improvement, Solving Problems Skills;
Leadership and communication style which is motivating and engaging to individuals and teams;
Experience of engaging personnel in process improvement - Workshops, Improvement Groups;
Ability to remain calm and think clearly under pressure;
Knowledge of MS Office package;
Advanced level of English.Contact
