- Building a pipeline of new Enterprise opportunities from the fortune 2000
- Field based position with 60% of your time spent travelling and visiting customers
- Managing & developing assigned named end user accounts within your region.
- Being ability to close opportunities in order to achieve targets
- Developing and executing the Account Strategy for all end user accounts, including account plans
- Introducing the latest products and solutions to all opportunities
- Supporting and delivering training to consultants and specifiers in region where required
- Conducting regular market analysis to determine the customer's needs
- Representing the company at trade shows, customer events and association meetings
- Collaborating across different business areas in HID to efficiently deliver solutions to meet customer needs
- Maintaining end user & consultant details, activities and opportunities using CRM
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of all HID Products and competitive products
- Preparing and submiting accurate forecasts on a regular basis using the tools provided
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years' experience managing key accounts
- Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets
- Previous experience of selling Physical Access Control solutions would be an advantage
- Experience in a solution selling environment specifically Saas and/or Cloud based licensing models would be desirable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work as a self-starter, but also a work effectively as part of a team
- Hands on attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects, successfully prioritizing
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards
