- Part of the Business support functions team, facilitating internal projects related to the holocracy culture and other strategic projects
- Prepares and reviews all contracts with clients, and suppliers to ensure compliance with the laws and internal procedures
- Ensures compliance with the legal requirements
- Serves as an advisor to business teams and maintain the relation within the group
- Ensures compliance with different commercial laws and advises on commercial matters within the mindit.io group of companies
- Ensures that tasks related to the organization's legal affairs are completed in an efficient and economical manner in order to contribute to the achievement of the organization's goals
- Enthusiastic about being up to date with the latest legal requirements
- Previous experience in an IT company
- Experience with Microsoft Office package
- Being a team player
- Highly responsible and motivated to work within a multicultural environment
- Knowledge of commercial laws, IP laws, and employment. Information Technology Law is an advantage
