
Junior .Net Support Engineer

- 1-2 years of experience in .NET development or support
- Experience with C# and ASP.NET, with knowledge of .NET Core and .NET 5+ frameworks
- Knowledge of front-end technologies
- Experience with Object-Relational Mapping frameworks
- Familiarity with logging tools and advanced debugging techniques
- Experience with unit testing and mocking frameworks
- Knowledge of reporting tools and experience with data visualisation libraries
- Understanding of web services (SOAP and RESTful APIs) and microservices architecture
- Experience with SQL Server and database management, including performance tuning and query optimisation
- Experience in version control systems (preferably Git) and branching strategies
- Some knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps, including experience with automated testing and deployment
- Experience with application monitoring, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting in production environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle on-call responsibilities
- Experience with Agile methodologies and ITIL practices
