- Identify and attract new clients;
- Promote and sell the company's products and services;
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients;
- Support the team of Account Managers in achieving sales targets;
- Monitor and optimize sales performance;
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop professional skills.
- Secondary or higher education;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Relevant sales experience (minimum 5 years), including supporting team members;
- Ability to work effectively in a team and support sales goal achievement;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce;
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Fixed salary plus monthly performance-based bonus;
