Romania Technical Sales Manager Food Ingredients Distribution m/f/d

• the position will be remote
• our client is a distributor represented in more than 30 countries in Europe and Africa
• You will sell only value added Food Ingredients from well know suppliers

• Analysis of the market and the product range of our suppliers to find new potential
• Building a close relationship with our suppliers and customers
• Visits of customers, analysis of their needs, creation of value propositions
• Participation in production trials at the customer/implementation of small-scale trials in the application kitchen
• Project management in close cooperation with the responsible Customer Service Manager
• set up sales strategy for the product groups of the suppliers with the help of the Category Managers and the Country Manager
• You will benefit from numerous pieces of training (internal and abroad) every year.

• Degree in Food Technology Must have
• Ability to solve technological problems and passion for food product development
• exceptionally good communication, negotiation and analytical skills,
• high willingness to travel (around 30%)
• very organized, reliable, positive thinking
• Very good knowledge of Romanian and English (fluent in spoken and written) Must have
• you have a valid driving license
