Listening to calls performed by agents. Share feedback and coach the agents to improve their quality. Assure that the calls are meeting the highest possible standards in terms of product knowledge, sales technique, effort, and professionalism. Also make sure that we always comply with our internal protocol, the license issuer guidelines, Responsible gambling, and GDPR.KPIs and Sales targetsMeeting the set targets of the markets/ brands you are responsible for. Distribute them across your team(s), find solutions, and optimize our current process in order to meet the expectations. Contribute with calls and deposits if needed to meet targets. Perform 1 on 1 meetings with all your agents to follow up on their performance, set progress plans if needed and help them grow professionally at Enteractive. Report back on the progress to your Head of Sales and present action plans if requested.What you'll be doing:
- You will be responsible for leading a team of Reactivation Sales Agents making outbound calls (B2C) to inactive players.
- Setting targets for the market/s and for the agents on a monthly basis.
- Checking promotions/offers
- Hosting Start-Up Meeting
- Clearly communicating daily targets and action plan
- Understanding available leads
- Organization of the team (inbound and leads schedule)
- Assisting with delivery of training new hires with topics including Casino, Sportsbook and Responsible Gambling, the introduction of Reactivation Sales Playbook
- Understanding players' needs and expectations as well as your teams'.
- Promoting current bonus campaigns, if applicable.
- Introducing new games, features, payment methods, and any other relevant updates on iGaming platforms.
- Reaching the goals and targets set together with the Head of Sales.
- Guiding players through the website, if necessary.
- You will be responsible for recruiting and building a team.
- You will work on a full-time basis, 40 hours a week, from 4:00 pm until 00:00 am or 5:00 pm until 01:00 am with one one-hour break. The normal working hours can change from time to time, depending on specific markets and time zones (LATAM).
- You are a Spanish native speaker & have a conversational level of English.
- You have the right to work in the European Union,
- Would be a plus if you can speak another language such as: Romanian.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a leading role.
- You are natural at engaging and leading conversations.
- You have experience in the iGaming industry.
- You have sales capabilities and the ability to develop new sales agents
- Experience in leading teams into prosperity.
- Guaranteed salary with bonus structure added on top
- Monday to Friday schedule. Free transport is offered for late night.
