  • Prioritize projects and manage technical resources. Oversee project planning processes, including the definition of scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Provide leadership for a team of engineers. Lead a multi-functional team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with deep technical proficiency in the development of Software and electronic products for test & measurement.
  • Responsible for meeting deadlines and milestones. Works with the project manager. Responsible for ensuring effective management of projects on time, cost, and quality.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, inclusion, safety, and customer service across a diverse, multi-disciplinary team.
  • Develop, mentor and grow team members, promoting a collaborative environment.
  • Lead post-project reviews to assemble lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across project workflows.
  • Manages administrative tasks.
Who You Are:Experienced technical leader who wants to work with a team of engineers to provide technical mentoring and leadership while taking care of the people management and administrative tasks project management.For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering or a related technical field.
  • 10+ yrs of relevant experience in Engineering, Technical project management or Product development roles commensurate with the level of this position.
  • Understanding of FPGA technology, digital and analog circuits, and embedded system design and analysis.
  • Understanding of software design and architecture principles.
  • Experience in leading a technical team of engineers, providing technical guidance to software and hardware projects.
  • Experience implementing standardized project workflows and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proven ability to inspire, coach, and build high-performing teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and partner leadership skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience managing a team
  • Experience working in a technical, manufacturing or engineering industry.
