Then why not come and join us at the Radisson Hotel Group to Make Every Moment Matter! where our guests can relax and enjoy their stay!Our Information Technology Team are dynamic professionals with the ability to prioritize a complex and hands on workload and who strive to deliver a hospitality experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests.We are seeking a skilled IT Manager to lead our hotel's technology operations, ensuring seamless digital experiences for guests and staff at our premier property.ResponsabilitatiKey ResponsibilitiesOversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, POS systems, PMS (Property Management Systems), and guest Wi-Fi.
Manage hardware/software procurement, maintenance, and cybersecurity protocols.
Lead troubleshooting for IT issues, minimizing downtime during peak operations.
Collaborate with department heads to implement tech solutions enhancing guest services and operational efficiency.
Supervise IT team or vendors, develop disaster recovery plans, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR).
RequirementsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years in IT management, ideally in hospitality/hotels.
Expertise in hotel-specific systems (e.g., Opera/EMMA, Micros, cloud services).
Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of networking (Cisco/CCNA preferred), and cybersecurity best practices.
Excellent English communication and very strong communication and soft skills
