Additional information can be found by visiting .Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Communication & Learning Intern, you will support the development and implementation of communication campaigns for a Competency Development Center. Your tasks will include:

Creating engaging content and campaigns using Microsoft 365 tools (Copilot, Viva Engage, Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
Conducting interviews with training beneficiaries to identify learning needs and translate them into training objectives.
Collaborating with vendors to co-design training curricula.
Supporting the creation of e-learning modules in Workday Learning using PowerPoint and other authoring tools.
Driving social media engagement and copywriting for internal communication.
Assisting in organizing learning events and workshops.
Providing excellent customer service and learner support.

You’ll collaborate closely with program managers, training designers, and communication specialists to shape impactful learning experiences.Your ProfileWe’re looking for a curious and entrepreneurial student who:

Is passionate about communication, learning, and personal development.
Has strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrates creativity and initiative in content creation and campaign planning.
Is comfortable working with digital tools and platforms (Office 365, Power Platform, Workday Learning).
Has a basic understanding of copywriting, social media engagement, and event organization.
Is fluent in English (written and spoken).
