We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.About the roleWe are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Angular Focus) to actively design, build, and maintain a modern distributed product based on microservices architecture, with an Angular frontend, C#/.NET backend, and deployment in a Kubernetes cluster.This role is ideal for a highly experienced frontend-leaning senior engineer, with focus on Angular developement and UI quality, who spends most of their time building production software, reviewing code, and improving engineering standards.
Responsibilities
  • Build modern, responsive, maintainable, and high-performance Angular frontend and C#/.NET backend applications with strong emphasis on usability, accessibility, and polished user experience.
  • Translate product requirements and UX concepts into clean, scalable component-based UI architectures.
  • Partner closely with product and design stakeholders to improve UI consistency, interaction quality, and frontend performance.
  • Develop and manage RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations between services.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain services within Kubernetes clusters.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and rollback strategies.
  • Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, product managers, and QA teams.
  • Ensure best practices in security, observability, logging, tracing, and monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical roadmap decisions.
  • Strong focus on frontend performance optimization, lazy loading, rendering efficiency, and bundle optimization
QualificationsWeb development
  • Advanced level experience with Angular in enterprise-scale applications and modern Angular architecture patterns
  • Excellent understanding of UI/UX design principles, accessibility ,responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Experience collaborating with Figma or design-system driven workflows
  • Experience with frontend testing using tools such as Cypress, or Playwright
  • Experience with REST APIs
  • Strong experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core
  • Deep understanding of microservices architecture patterns
  • Experience with REST APIs
Cloud / DevOps
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
  • Experience with:
  • Docker containerization
  • Helm charts
  • Kubernetes manifests
  • Service mesh (nice to have)
  • Ingress controllers
  • Horizontal pod autoscaling
  • CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
Nice to Have
  • 4G/5G Telecom architecture basic understanding
  • Security best practices for cloud-native systems
  • Previous interaction with Grafana dashboards or other types of KPI viewers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • 3+ years working with microservices in production
  • Proven experience delivering applications in Kubernetes-based environments
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
