- Lead and coordinate automotive logistics projects, ensuring alignment with project management standards and goals;
- Develop and monitor project plans (resources, schedules, budgets); initiate corrective actions when needed;
- Act as a central interface between internal and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, departments);
- Conduct risk analyses and support change management processes;
- Create logistics concepts and calculations for business plans and customer offers;
- Develop SCM structures across plants and suppliers, ensuring integration and efficiency;
- Coordinate supply chain requirements, control concepts, and packaging solutions;
- Ensure compliance with logistics indicators, tariff regulations, and spare parts service requirements;
- Support supplier selection and make-or-buy decisions;
- Drive process optimization and lessons learned initiatives.
- Bachelor Degree in a Technical field;
- Project Management experience;
- Solid understanding of customer-specific logistics and supply chain requirements.
- Proficiency in logistics processes, project management tools, MS Office, SAP, PLMnext.
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- German language is an advantage;
- Good organization and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to take initiative, make decisions and adapt to frequent changes;
- Very good communication skills, team-player and self-motivated.
