- Help the HR team by sourcing candidates relevant to all open vacancies using different channels; including generating referrals, connecting with alumni groups, social networks, networking events, and other creative tactics;
- Maintain contact with potential candidates (via e-mail, phone, and LinkedIn), offering feedback on all of the project stages;
- Work closely with recruiters to determine position requirements;
- Strategize different ways to build candidate pipelines;
- Update recruitment database.
- 1 year minimum of similar experience;
- Basic IT market knowledge;
- Analytical, initiative, result oriented & has a strong capacity to communicate ideas;
- Self-confidence and the ability to ask questions;
- Keen to be involved and to learn about new technologies.
