We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Dare Digital.As an Senior Account Executive, you’re a multitasking maestro. You’ve demonstrated an ability to keep a lot of plates spinning — from managing clients and collaborating with the agency’s creative & media teams to delivering campaigns on time and under budget. You have ownership & accountability and always commit to deliver over & above the agreed scope of work.If you are:
  • passionate about advertising campaigns and an experienced multi-tasker with minumim 2 years of experience in the industry;
  • trustworthy, and you value relationships and synergy with both your colleagues and clients;
  • solution-oriented, thinking creatively to overcome hurdles and propose alternatives that keep the campaign moving forward without sacrificing quality;
  • comfortable navigating through shifting priorities and client expectations, with the flexibility to pivot when necessary without disrupting team dynamics.

  • Communicating daily with your manager and clients to learn about their needs, budget, deadlines, and target audiences.
  • Implementing campaign quality control measures to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assessing the success of campaigns and making adjustments as needed.
  • Resolving problems or delays swiftly to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Project Tracking & Timelines, ensuring that tasks are being completed on time and that all team members know what’s expected of them.
  • Ensuring excellent client retention rates by evaluating at-risk accounts.
  • Completing budgets, reports and other administrative tasks.
  • Providing support in handling paperwork related to contracts, invoices, and any necessary documentation for clients or internal use.
What you’ll need:
  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in advertising, marketing, business administration, public relations, or a similar field
  • [2+] years of experience as an Advertising Account Executive or within a similar role
  • Knowledge of best practices for both traditional and digital advertising
  • Experience using popular advertising and marketing platforms
  • Strong project management skills, particularly the ability to ensure seamless communication between clients and agency staff
  • An eagerness to work in a competitive and fast-paced industry that offers new challenges each day
