Job DescriptionJob responsibilities

As member of the Stefanini Engagement team, you will have to drive successful presentation of Stefanini's services and solutions in Gartner Magic Quadrants, ISG's IPLs, Everest Peak, etc.
Provide market insights, upon request, such as competitive analysis, market outlook, etc.
Support the Global Analyst Relations Manager in all engagements with industry analysts.
Lead all EMEA analyst relations interactions.
Track, review and respond to papers, analyses and reports.
Enable Stefanini participation at analyst events.
Manage contact between analysts and senior Stefanini leadership for submissions and inquiries.
Manage a process to ensure analyst research can be accessed when applicable in the sales process.
Provide competitive analysis on a project-based request from sales or engagement teams.
Provide qualitative insights on Stefanini addressable markets in Europe.
Analyst relations:
Coordinate participation of Stefanini in different analyst studies from Gartner, ISG, Everest and improve positioning in ranking studies.
Coordinate briefing calls with analysts to enhance Stefanini visibility in the market.
Coordinate Stefanini participation in different business competitions, featuring the company's success stories.
Market Intelligence:
Evaluate Stefanini's major competitors on offerings, technologies, innovations, strategies, delivery locations, partnerships and acquisitions.
Support internal stakeholders (Management, Sales, Presales, Delivery teams) with market and industry trends, insights about prospects.
Prepare and deliver monthly Market Intelligence Newsletter.
NPS:
Support EMEA Marketing Director in coordinating the yearly Net Promoter Score survey process.
Conduct customer satisfaction interviews with Stefanini largest customers to collect insights about the partnership with Stefanini.

Job RequirementsKey requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Experience in working with Gartner Magic Quadrants, ISG's IPLs, Everest Peak.
Great presentation skills.
English - advanced communication level.
