We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a strategic digital transformation program in the insurance sector. The role will support the design and implementation of a modern digital architecture and business capabilities, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate strategic objectives into clear functional requirements and solution specifications.The role spans:Customer journeys (quotation, purchase, claims, policy servicing)Internal sales and distribution (internal agents, team leads, brokers, master brokers)Governance and administration (SysAdmin, Product Catalog, AI Brain, User Management, Reporting Engine)Cross‑cutting requirements: Straight‑Through Processing (STP), Omnichannel hybrid model, Client 360, API integration, GDPR and IT security standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead requirements elicitation and analysis through workshops, interviews, and document analysis with business stakeholders.Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Develop business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process documentation.Support functional solution design, including integration points and data flows across systems.Participate in solution validation and functional reviews.Support Agile or hybrid delivery teams during implementation phases.Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and demo sessions.Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) planning, test case preparation, and defect triage.Ensure alignment between implemented solutions and business expectations.Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, facilitating alignment across departments.Support communication between business, IT, and project leadership.Contribute to clarification sessions and decision-making workshops.Experience:7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale IT or digital transformation programsExperience working in the insurance industry (non-life insurance experience)Proven track record in complex system implementation or digital platform transformation projectsSkills:Strong expertise in business process modelling (BPMN)Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specificationsUnderstanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flowsSoft Skills:Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skillsAbility to structure complex information and present it clearlyAbility to work effectively in cross-functional and international teamsYour life at AccentureAt Accenture, we prioritize your health and well-being through comprehensive health insurance coverage and inclusive work arrangements.
