English & Dutch (fluent, verbally and written)
2 years' experience working in Customer Service
Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Access) skills
Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and tools an advantage
Continuous improvement mindset
Experience working in a multi-lingual international organization
Financial and Commercial skills + analytical abilityResponsibilitiesEnsure that the recalculations are handled correctly from both a commercial and legal point of view along with Ayvens customer support policies and procedures;
Update as per request or proactively the system with recalculation details and contract changes:
Mobility contracts are (pro)active up-to-date, in accordance with actual mileage, equipment level of the object and lease service components;
Keeping the user's name and address details up to date during the contract;
Bulk changes during the contract term;
Responsible for carrying out a high-quality customer service by creating robust documentation and process mapping and be part of an end to end support of transition
Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, conduct quality sample assessments and identify process improvements
