
Key Account Specialist

- Make daily field promotional visits, product presentation, seminars, customer training;
- Establish strong relationships with key decision makers and committees within the sales area and buying organizations for Hospital (medical departments, pharmacies, procurement);
- Responsible for the business result of the assigned accounts and / or sales area by meeting or exceeding the sales targets and revenue growth objectives;
- Organize presentation and coordinate participation in congresses and other educational events, courses and seminars and participates in Third party/Baxter organized events as requested;
- Communicate and interact effectively with hospital staff, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, acquisition departments to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction;
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement;
- Develop account segmentation plan including sales, market share and required resources in co-operation with Marketing;
- Identify, develop and maintain strong collaboration with KOL's in the territory;
- Proactively follow up on tenders for the responsible portfolio in sales area hospitals and provides necessary support and documentation to wholesaler partners enabling them for successful participation in bids;
- CRM system management - updating, planning and reporting of field activities, collect marketing consents;
- Closely monitor and report competitive activities at sales area level;
- Collect market intelligence information and customer knowledge;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, marketing, and customer service;
- Work closely with medical, marketing departments in implementing multi-source product sales and marketing strategies/campaigns;
- Participate and initiate localization procedure for marketing and educational materials;
- Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals;
- Manage expense budget;
- Participate in internal business reviews and provide relevant insight about the development of sales area;
- Participate before deadline in all required internal trainings (including PV) and learning courses to maintain appropriate knowledge level and passing all tests.
- Bachelor or Master's degree preferred (Science, Commercial, Medical);
- English language - good conversational level;
- Proven experience in Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices businesses - min 2 years needed in promoting clinical use products in Hospital, National Accounts (not primary care);
- Be familiar with bid procedures and drug procurement flows in hospitals, institutions;
- Preferred experience in selling/promoting clinical therapies or products dedicated for ICU departments (ATI), surgery ward, gastrointestinal area ;
- Advantage to have knowledge in clinical nutrition or IV fluid management products.
