- Recruitment and Selection: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, organizing resumes and job applications, and scheduling job interviews.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize training interventions and implement staff development initiatives.
- Performance Management: Coordinate and support the implementation of annual performance reviews and development plans.
- Employee Relations and Well-Being: Implement Employee Engagement and Social Activities and conduct exit interviews.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries from managers, employees and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach.
- Excellent proficiency in English, Italian and/or German is an added value.
