- Proven experience in account management – IT services field preferably in Cybersecurity – minimum 3 years.
- Self-driven working.
- Passionate about the cybersecurity field.
- Expertise and proven knowledge within the areas of Service Lifecycle (especially business relationship management, service strategy, service design and operations).
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with drawing-up and negotiating non-disclosure agreements and contracts, as well as knowing how important contractual agreements are and you respect them accordingly – at least 3 years.
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with external and internal customers.
- Proven good facilitation and consensus building skills required.
- Open and clear communication skills.
- Stress-resilient, creative, and a proactive CAN-DO attitude, self-motivated, with a professional and ethical sense.
- Your work is a mix of strategic and proactive account activity, and you have a demonstrated ability of uncovering, qualifying, developing, and closing new accounts.
- You're highly competitive, ramp quickly, are extremely adaptive, and pride yourself on exceeding sales goals.
- Highly ethical and professional personal conduct.
- Ability to set goals, prioritize tasks, and achieve success with minimal oversight in a sometimes ambiguous work environment.
- Excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction.

- Maintaining national and international partnerships developed by Cyber Smart Defence – Stefanini Group.
- Manage the relationship with our clients in terms of defining scope of work, with the help of the technical team, issuing commercial offers and manage the contracts with new and existing clients.
- Service cost related financial management to drive financial efficiency through the account.
- Ensure continuous improvement of processes; evaluate new methods and approaches to delivering the service.
- For all significant changes and implementations drive the completion of the service acceptance, technical assurance, and handover processes.
- Serve as the point of escalation (notification) of major incidents related to the service delivery.
- Represent Cyber Smart Defence in client meetings, providing transparency on operational cost, service performance and service status, communicating service-related metrics, budget consumption, and reporting on service status.
- Understand the client, the contract, the business context and the priorities of the accounts in striving for excellent service for the Customer.
- Ensure the appropriate levels of communication with the client on a global level, including the client governance model.
