Currently, we are looking for an Financial Analyst in a health tech company who will be responsible for the company's financial stability and performance.is a health tech startup company founded in 2017. Our ultimate goal is to disrupt the delivery industry and build a service to teleport family care products to our customers – faster, with the cheapest price and the most satisfying shopping experience! We are building an ecosystem that unites pharmacies, logistics, insurance companies, clinics, doctors, telemedicine, healthcare products producers and all other market players, so that customers can benefit from low prices, great products selection, and fast delivery. The company is working in Ukraine, Romania, and Italy.About you:

A higher education degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (ACCA exams passed is a plus);
At least 2 years of relevant experience in audit firms (Big-4/Big-10 preferred). Finance experience in international or large local companies is also valued;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel and Google Spreadsheets;
Working proficiency in both spoken and written English;
Strong analytical thinking abilities, intellectual curiosity, and motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment. This includes a willingness to learn quickly, adapt to change, align values with actions, pursue goals with energy and determination, and consistently drive for results;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.

What will you do:Monitor bank balances daily to ensure adequate liquidity and financial stability;Manage the chronological and systematic recording, processing, and storage of financial information to accurately reflect the company's financial position and performance;Engage actively in team-based problem-solving to address financial issues and improve processes;Oversee the financial and economic activities of the company to ensure operational efficiency and fiscal responsibility;Distribute financial reports to partners and authorized stakeholders, maintaining transparency and fostering trust;Process supplier invoices daily, ensuring timely payments for services received;Generate invoices for services rendered to partners, ensuring accuracy and prompt submission;Ensure the prompt payment of all invoices, maintaining good standing with vendors and service providers;Produce and distribute time sheets, facilitating accurate payroll and billing processes;Preparation of weekly/end-of-month cash flow statements, supporting strategic financial planning and analysis.What do we offer:
