We are looking for a motivated Office Leasing Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of A-Class office buildings. You will be responsible for attracting and retaining tenants, overseeing lease administration, and ensuring the long-term positioning and success of the office projects.Key Responsibilities:

Lead leasing activities to achieve target occupancy and rental levels.

Identify and approach potential tenants directly and via brokers; prepare and negotiate lease agreements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Coordinate the full leasing process with Legal, Technical, Property Management, and Marketing teams.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support marketing and positioning strategies.

Manage lease documentation and ensure tenant compliance with contractual obligations.

Requirements:

University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Law, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience in A-Class office leasing and tenant portfolio management.

Strong knowledge of the Romanian office real estate market and network with corporate tenants and brokers.

Advanced negotiation and sales skills.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and administrative skills.

Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.

Advanced English (spoken and written).

Driving license (Category B).
