delivery of a project or low number of projects with reasonable complexity - to budget, quality and time metrics.
setting project delivery approach and outputs in consultation with key stakeholders.
establishing project delivery plans or execution and appropriate control mechanisms to assure delivery.
performance management of project team / resource.
task management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.) master’s degree an advantage.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project and program management, preferably within multinational companies or in US, UK, EU, AUS projects. With at least 10 years in managing and leading a team in delivering large and complex multi-disciplinary projects and or programs.
Attainment of OR near attainment of relevant professional certification (RICS, APM, PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
Familiarity of project and program management methodologies or frameworks (PMI, APM, Agile, etc.).
Proficiency in project and program management tools and platforms (Smartsheet, PowerBI, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.).
Strong track record of overseeing complex projects and programs, and leading teams to deliver exceptional results.
Extensive knowledge of project and program management methodologies and a general understanding of the wider business.
Commercial acumen and organizational understanding.
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong English skills.
