- Leading by example, expressing IKEA values, and collaborating with unit managers to safeguard and promote IKEA Culture.
- Ideally bringing at least 3 years of People & Culture experience, 2 years in management, or relevant HR education.
- Attracting people who share our values.
- Supporting development for all co-workers.
- Inspiring co-workers to grow, perform and stay with IKEA.
- Act as People & Culture business partner for the unit.
- Translate global people strategies into a clear local action plan.
- Support and influence managers to grow as leaders and build strong teams.
- Build local business competence through relevant goals and learning.
- Secure succession planning and talent development with managers.
- Be a role model of IKEA leadership and values.
- Work with Business Navigation to deliver a staff cost budget that meets business needs and secures a diverse team.
- Implement co-worker relations plans that support good workplace culture and follow laws and policies.
- Identify and drive ways to strengthen IKEA's position as a local employer.
