The Manager, Insights, Tools, and Reporting will lead a team of analysts and technical experts to deliver data-driven solutions and support our organization’s growth strategies. You will serve as a technical bridge to larger technology teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration. Moreover, you will take the lead on developing new small-scale tools to support various business needs, overseeing implementation to ensure successful integration and functionality into research production cycles. You will also ensure routine maintenance and upkeep of existing tools, systems, and infrastructure, coaching your team in effective problem-solving to resolve issues that arise.The successful candidate will oversee the scoping, development, and implementation of third-party application solutions, as applicable. Finally, oversee the technical operations roadmap within the Sustainable Fixed Income Operations Team to drive forward reliability and continual value of systems, tools and reports.
