- Managing and updating HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, personal and job data changes;
- Answering incoming employee communications, which will involve assessing caller’s needs;
- Collecting information from other departments or notify other departments of information relevant to their processes;
- Acting as first point of contact for the employees’ HR related requests;
- Collecting, verifying, organizing, compiling, or updating electronically company personnel records and documentation;
- Managing employee benefits enrollment;
- Maintaining schedule and coordinate calendar activities;
- Improving processes and innovate;
- Researching complex employee questions thoroughly to provide accurate information and solutions.
- Strong Dutch & English written and verbal communication skills (preferably B2-C1);
- 1-3 year of customer support experience, ideally in the HR area;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Excellent customer service skills and customer handling experience;
- Acts confidently in ambiguous situations; works effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Proactive approach and flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as required.
