Your areas of responsibilities:

Act as a main contact for our customers, key accounts and distribution partners across Southeast Europe
Manage orders processing via phone, email or EDI package
Planning in deliveries and following up on logistical issues
Support accounts payable and finance department
Manage & resolve all incoming regional customer requests and/or challenges as well as after sales requests and/or complaints upon completion
Carry out administrative and organizational tasks
Manage special shipping requests
Assist in CRM reporting

Your profile of qualification:

Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices as well as office administration and after sales skills
A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience within customer relations and/or after sales is required
Good MS office knowledge, SAP knowledge preferred, ERP or other CRM system is a plus
Excellent communication & analytical skills
English & Romanian fluent languages
Structured and well organized
Good prioritization skills
Team player
