Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.Job DescriptionYOUR MISSIONAs a Supply Excellence Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational metrics and supply status of all cities in Romania, reporting to the Head of Operations. The couriers are a key player in Glovo’s marketplace, and you will need to ensure the long-term sustainability of the fleet, as well as its daily performance.THE JOURNEY
  • Analyze daily and weekly operational metrics with a macro view for the long-term success of all cities in the country
  • Optimise the courier earnings structure in 60+ cities on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Develop long and short term cost structure strategies in order to ensure the best UX to the customers
  • Ensure Glovo is the number one app of choice among couriers
  • Lead country wide projects to increase efficiency, reduce delivery time, keep under control costs and improve quality
  • Lead analystics agenda of the operations team
  • Understand, deep-dive and have complete awareness of the country’s supply situation at all times
  • Get to know the fleet of the region, be hands-on and active part of the courier support initiatives
  • Define and execute high-impact engagement and retention projects
  • Make data-driven decisions to identify best practices and improve regional performance.
QualificationsWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations and drive actions
  • Significant experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Strategy Consulting, or equivalent high-impact environments
  • Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience managing high-performing teams
  • Strong organizational skills and delegation, ability to prioritize and multitask, work well under pressure, and handle multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Endless curiosity: you meticulously wonder why problems exist, and can’t stop thinking about solutions
  • Strong hands-on attitude
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Advanced knowledge on Google Sheets, MS Excel and SQL are strong pluses.
